Relieving suffering, Revealing God
Trinity was founded to offer something rare — professional, clinically thoughtful care that holds Scripture at its center, without ever feeling clinical or detached.
For more than two decades I have sat with people in their hardest seasons. In quiet rooms where words felt impossible. In hospitals, in homes, in the middle of grief that had no name. What I learned through all of it is simple. People do not need a performance. They need presence. They need a steady voice and a faith that does not flinch.
Trinity Chaplaincy and Counseling exists because I believe the soul deserves the same care we give the body. Care that is gentle but unafraid. Professional yet pastoral. Honest about pain and honest about hope.
"This is the practice I wish more people had access to — slow, Scripture-anchored, and clinically sound."
Every person who reaches out is met with dignity from the very first message. There is no rushing. There is no script. There is room to be fully human and to have a faithful companion in every conversation.
That every woman would know she is not alone. That God is present, even in life's hardest and most bewildering moments.

We slow down. Every session is unhurried, attentive, and fully present because being truly heard is often the first step toward healing.
What is shared with us stays with us. We hold every story in strict confidence and offer counsel that is honest, gentle, and never performative.
We believe restoration is real. Anchored in the unchanging compassion of the Gospel, hope is the quiet, steady current beneath everything we do.
Care of the soul deserves the highest standard. Our practice is clinically informed, theologically grounded, and held to a craft-like attention to detail.
I work with women who feel they are not heard and not honored. Trinity is open to women of all faith backgrounds, including those who would describe themselves as not religious, with the understanding that my approach is grounded in a Biblical perspective.
My experience includes married and single women, women navigating addictions to food and pornography, and women who have experienced or are currently experiencing verbal abuse. You do not have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just have to be willing to take one step.
The Bible is my primary source of reflection for how our hearts, our situations, and our desires shape our whole life — mind, body, and spirit together. Prayer is central to how I show up for you and how I seek guidance for our time together.
You will have space to share your story at your own pace. We may work through assessments or questionnaires to help bring focus to areas of pain. We may also spend time with articles or books that are specific to your healing journey.
